We have always been committed to providing our members, owners and guests with the highest level of hospitality , comfort and quality.  As we adapt to a "new Normal" additional precautions are necessary to protect the health and safety of our guests and team members.

We have been closely monitoring guidelines recommended by the public health department, and consulting with in-house and outside experts to expand our existing standard of clean protocols.

To protect your safety you can expect the following procedures:

At Reception:

Low contact Check in: We have adjusted to minimal contact at our front desk to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and team members. Our contactless express check out will be strongly encouraged as well.

In Accommodations:

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: We will continue to use Alberta Health Services recommended disinfectants to thoroughly clean all accommodations.  Particular attention will be paid to high-touch surfaces such as door handles and television remotes. 

Minimizing Contact: 

To reduce contact, we recommend that the unit  be left unoccupied during housekeeping or maintenance service. If you prefer no service please attach your do not disturb sign on your door and we will respect your wishes. However, if you require any supplies please contact our front desk and the items will be delivered to your door.

Throughout our property:

Frequent Cleaning: Dedicated team members will be assigned to clean high- touch surfaces and high-traffic areas such as elevators , with increased frequency using Alberta Health Services recommended disifenctants.
